RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. They must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging. Instructions for the return will be provided.

After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing can take up to 14 days.

Damaged or Defective Items
Damaged or defective items must be reported immediately. A full refund is issued once the item is returned and verified.

Note
Return shipping, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
